Pennsylvania Statutes Title 24 P.S. Education § 25-2522. Payments to school treasurer; use

The annual State appropriation apportioned and distributed by the Superintendent of Public Instruction  1 to any school district or to any intermediate unit for area technical schools shall be paid to the treasurer of the school district or to the treasurer of the intermediate unit, and shall be used by the district through its board of school directors for the use of the district for the purposes mentioned in this act or by the intermediate unit for area technical schools.
