Pennsylvania Statutes Title 24 P.S. Education § 25-2508. Distribution of unencumbered funds for career and technical education

The State Board of Career and Technical Education shall administer the allocation of Federal and State career and technical education funds which are otherwise unencumbered. Allocations shall be made for the furtherance of the provisions of the State and Federal career and technical education acts with emphasis on the improvement of facilities, reimbursement of teachers' salaries, research and projects which will contribute to the economic welfare of youth and adults.
