Pennsylvania Statutes Title 24 P.S. Education § 25-2508.4. Payments on account of improvements and additions in career and technical curriculums

Every area career and technical board operating an approved program of career or technical education in its own or rented space shall be paid by the Commonwealth for every school year on account of approved replacement, updating and improvement of equipment and on account of approved new or additional equipment up to fifty per cent of the cost of such improvements and additions.
