Pennsylvania Statutes Title 24 P.S. Education § 25-2502.31. Basic education funding

For the 1995-1996 school year, the Commonwealth shall pay to each school district a basic education funding allocation which shall equal the amount that the school district was entitled to receive, prior to any adjustments made under the provisions of this act, for the 1994-1995 school year pursuant to sections 2502.13 and 2502.29  1 but which shall be subject to all adjustment provisions of this act for the 1995-1996 school year.
