Pennsylvania Statutes Title 24 P.S. Education § 25-2502.23. Minimum effort base

The minimum effort base shall be, for the purposes of qualifying for foundation guarantee payments, the level of local revenue resources available per pupil in average daily membership. For the 1992-1993 school year, the local revenue resources available per pupil in average daily membership shall be computed by multiplying the 1990 Real Property Valuation of the district by one hundred and ninety-five ten-thousandths (0.0195).
