Pennsylvania Statutes Title 24 P.S. Education § 21-2135. Transportation of certain students

For a school district of the first class, funds appropriated in any fiscal year for safe and alternative schools shall be used to pay costs to provide school bus transportation services for students in alternative education programs operated either by the school district or under a contract between the school district and a private alternative education institution as defined under Article XIX-E  1 before it may be used for other alternative education programs or services.
