Pennsylvania Statutes Title 24 P.S. Education § 21-2132. Transfers of real estate

Notwithstanding the provisions of section seven hundred seven of this act,  1 the board of public education in each school district of the first class may dedicate, sell, donate, convey or lease to the city comprising the district any real estate owned by it for any lawful purpose upon such terms with or without consideration as it may determine.
