Pennsylvania Statutes Title 24 P.S. Education § 21-2130. Information for estimates and tax levies

The school controller shall also furnish annually to the board of public education, on or before the first day of November, such information as he may think proper, or as may be required of him by the board of public education, in order to enable it to prepare the annual estimate of expenditures and tax levy for the coming school year.
