Pennsylvania Statutes Title 24 P.S. Education § 20-2054-L. Grant priority

The agency shall:

(1) Establish a process for accepting and reviewing applications. The process shall ensure applications which meet the eligibility criteria and are complete will be awarded in the order received by the agency. The following shall apply:

(i) For the 2024-2025 school year, applications shall open no earlier than September 15.

(ii) For the 2025-2026 school year and each school year thereafter, applications shall open as follows:

(A) For the spring term, no earlier than September 15.

(B) For the fall term, no earlier than February 15.

(2) Give first priority in awarding grants for renewal applications.
