The activities of the Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology shall be subject to the audit of the Department of the Auditor General, but the college shall not be required to pay a fee for any such audit. The president of the college shall make an annual report to the Governor, the Appropriations Committee and Education Committee of the Senate and the Appropriations Committee and Education Committee of the House of Representatives and the State Board of Education showing the financial condition of the college at the end of the Commonwealth's fiscal year.
