The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania hereby accepts the provisions of the act of Congress, approved February twenty-third, one thousand nine hundred seventeen, 1 entitled “An act to provide for the promotion of vocational education; to provide for cooperation with the States in the promotion of such education in agriculture and the trades and industries; to provide for cooperation with the States in the preparation of teachers of vocational subjects; and to appropriate money and regulate its expenditure.”
The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania formally accepts the provisions of said act of Congress with respect to the following funds therein provided:
a. Appropriation for the salaries of teachers, supervisors, and directors of agricultural subjects;
b. Appropriation for salaries of teachers of trade, home economics, and industrial subjects;
c. Appropriation for the training of teachers of vocational subjects.
