Pennsylvania Statutes Title 24 P.S. Education § 16-1606. Supervision; reports

Every public high school shall be under the supervision of the superintendent of the district in which said high school is situated.

The board of school directors of every district maintaining a high school shall furnish to the Superintendent of Public Instruction  1 sworn statements giving such information concerning said high school as he may require.
