Pennsylvania Statutes Title 24 P.S. Education § 14-1411. Cooperation with political subdivisions

Any school district or joint school board may, in any health work in which it is authorized to engage, cooperate with any county, city, borough, town or township engaged in health work. Any school district of the first class A may, with the approval of the Secretary of Health and the Superintendent of Public Instruction,  1 contract with county health units or the department or board of health of any municipality for school health services.
