Pennsylvania Statutes Title 24 P.S. Education § 11-1177. Reinstatement in former school position

Upon termination of the military service of such an employe, the school board shall immediately return said employe to the same position in the same school or schools, from which said employe was granted leave of absence, or if this is impracticable in the opinion of the board, then to a similar position.
