Pennsylvania Statutes Title 24 P.S. Education § 11-1115. Locally titled positions

In a school district where an appointment under section 695-A  1 has been made at any time, an individual employed by a school district prior to January 1, 2012, and serving in the position of mental health specialist, behavioral specialist or similar locally titled position may continue to serve in that position under the direct supervision of a Certified School Social Worker as long as the individual remains in the position with the same school district.
