Pennsylvania Statutes Title 24 Pa.C.S.A. Education § 8103.2. Reference to Public School Employees' Retirement System

(a) General rule.--As of the effective date of this section, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, a reference to the Public School Employees' Retirement System in a statutory provision, other than this part and 71 Pa.C.S. Pt. XXV (relating to retirement for State employees and officers),  1 shall include a reference to the plan, and a reference to the Public School Employees' Retirement Fund shall include a reference to the trust.

(b) Certain agreements.--The agreement of an employer to make contributions to the fund or to enroll employees as members in the system shall be deemed to be an agreement to make contributions to the trust or to enroll employees in the plan.
