Whoever, in aid or furtherance of the objects of any strike, obstructs any railroad track or injures or destroys the rolling stock or any other property of any railroad company, or takes possession of or removes any such property, or prevents or attempts to prevent the use thereof by such railroad company or its employes, is guilty of a summary offense, and upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of one hundred dollars ($100).
