Annually or at such other intervals as requested by the Pennsylvania State Police, the Municipal Police Officers' Education and Training Commission shall provide the Pennsylvania State Police with information related to those Pennsylvania law enforcement agencies known to be in existence. Such information shall be correlated with UCR data on file to identify law enforcement agencies which have failed to submit the reports required by section 504. 1 A listing of such law enforcement agencies shall be included in the annual report. A current listing of such agencies shall also be made available for public access through the PAUCRS.
