A person who commits a violation of Subchapter B of Chapter 49 (relating to victim and witness intimidation) 1 or Chapter 51 (relating to obstructing governmental operations) that in any way interferes with or prevents the enforcement of this chapter shall be subject to the same penalties that may be imposed for the offense for which the person has been charged under this chapter.
