Pennsylvania Statutes Title 16 P.S. Counties § 8303. Use of land for purpose other than that for which acquired

In all cases where a county has acquired land for one purpose, and all thereof is not required for such purpose, the county commissioners may appropriate and use so much thereof as is not so required for any other purpose for which the county commissioners have been or shall hereafter be authorized and empowered to acquire lands.
