Pennsylvania Statutes Title 16 P.S. Counties § 7925. Requisites to receipt of appropriation

And be it further enacted, that to entitle said society to receive said appropriation it shall hold at least two public meetings yearly, whereat papers shall be read or discussions held on historic subjects; that it shall have established a museum, wherein shall be deposited curios and other objects of interest relating to the history of county or State, and shall have adopted a constitution and code of by-laws, and elected proper officers to conduct its business.
