Pennsylvania Statutes Title 16 P.S. Counties § 7622. Recorder to appoint a deputy

Every recorder of deeds may appoint and keep a deputy, for whose conduct he and his sureties shall be accountable, and such deputy shall be capable in law to do whatever by law appertains to the office of recorder of deeds.
