Pennsylvania Statutes Title 16 P.S. Counties § 7535. Powers and duties of deputies

Such deputy or deputies, so appointed, shall have like power to view dead bodies, to hold inquests, to select, summon, and compel the attendance of jurors and witnesses, and to administer oaths.
