The probation officers of the several counties of the Commonwealth are hereby authorized, as a part of their official duties, to attend the annual meeting of the State Association or Conference of Probation and Parole, for the purpose of discussing the various questions arising in connection with the work of their official positions and ascertaining uniform and economical methods of administering their work.
