Pennsylvania Statutes Title 16 P.S. Counties § 7231. State association of controllers authorized

County controllers may form a State association of county controllers, and may hold meetings thereof for the purpose of discussing the various questions which arise in the discharge of their duties, and for such other purposes as will conduce to greater efficiency in their respective offices.
