The board of the district shall, no later than July 1 of each year, prepare a comprehensive annual report of its activities and operations for the previous year, make the report available to the city, the county, other municipalities within the county, regional assets and other interested groups and organizations and conduct public meetings and hearings to receive public comments and recommendations regarding the activities and operations of the board.
