Any amount of money awarded, as herein provided, if refused by the person or persons entitled thereto, or if the person or persons entitled thereto cannot be found, shall be paid into court, and thereafter all such persons shall look to said fund for all damages accruing by reason of the appropriation, injury or destruction of such land, property or material.
