Pennsylvania Statutes Title 16 P.S. Counties § 5564. Board of managers

When heretofore there has been erected in the county a hall as a memorial to the soldiers of any war or wars in which the United States of America was engaged and such hall has been and is maintained by said county under authority of existing laws, such hall shall hereafter be under the control and management of a board of managers. The personnel of such board, the method of selection of the members thereof, and the extent of its authority shall be as hereinafter provided.
