Pennsylvania Statutes Title 16 P.S. Counties § 5319. Construction and equipment

Any such hospital shall be constructed by contract or contracts let by the county commissioners to the lowest responsible bidder, as provided by this act,  1 and when so constructed, the hospital shall be equipped by the county commissioners, at the cost of the county, in the same manner as other county buildings are equipped.
