Pennsylvania Statutes Title 16 P.S. Counties § 5199.8A. Appropriations for legal aid services

The board of commissioners of a county of the second class A may appropriate moneys for payment to nonprofit legal aid associations or societies, or county bar associations, who provide legal aid services for indigent persons in civil matters.
