Pennsylvania Statutes Title 16 P.S. Counties § 5186. Water supply; drainage; floor construction

All garbage disposal plants in the county shall have an adequate water supply for the purpose of keeping the place clean and sanitary at all times. All floors shall be constructed of concrete or other impervious material, and shall have adequate provision for drainage to a cesspool, to a sewer or treatment works approved by the commissioners.
