The county commissioners of the county are hereby authorized to purchase plots of ground in any cemetery or burial ground in the counties for the interment of deceased service persons whose bodies are entitled to be buried under the provisions of this subdivision, 1 and to cause to be drawn a warrant upon their county treasury for the payment of the same. The purchase price of said plots of ground shall not be charged against or allotted as part of the cost of burial of such deceased service persons who may be buried in any of said plots under the provisions of this subdivision.
