Pennsylvania Statutes Title 16 P.S. Counties § 5105-A. Debt limitations

Any county of the second class which constructs or purchases a hydroelectric facility may incur debt as necessary for the construction or rehabilitation of a new or existing dam or impoundment, including acquisition of land or real estate, and aerial right-of-way amenities, and may incur debt for repairs or reconstruction to an existing or new impoundment in connection with hydroelectric power generation.
