Pennsylvania Statutes Title 16 P.S. Counties § 3404. Officers to have commissions recorded

Every county officer receiving a commission from the Governor shall immediately deliver the same to the recorder of deeds for recordation, at the expense of such officer. No such officer shall execute any of the duties of his office until he has so delivered the said commission.
