Pennsylvania Statutes Title 16 P.S. Counties § 12914. Contract for water or water service

Any municipality, authority or public utility may enter into a contract with a County Water Supply Authority for the purchase of water or water service at such prices for such periods not exceeding sixty-five years and upon such other terms and conditions as are agreed upon between the parties.
