Pennsylvania Statutes Title 16 P.S. Counties § 12906. Maturity of bonds

The bonds of a County Water Supply Authority shall mature at such time or times not exceeding sixty-five years from their respective dates as shall be authorized by resolution of the board, except that no refunding bonds shall have a maturity date later than the life of the County Water Supply Authority.
