The “Authority,” within sixty days after the first day of January each year, shall cause a complete audit of its affairs to be made by a firm of certified public accountants, approved by the county commissioners of the county in which said “Authority” is created and set up, and shall furnish a copy thereof to the said county commissioners, the Federal Emergency Administration of Public Works, and, if desired, to the trustee under any mortgage or deed of trust given to secure any bonds issued by the “Authority.”
