Pennsylvania Statutes Title 16 P.S. Counties § 11855. Public water supply not to be affected

No order of abatement shall authorize, nor shall the commission itself employ, any method of extermination which shall in anywise affect waters used and useful in the supply of water to the public, whether by a municipality or a water supply company.
