Pennsylvania Statutes Title 16 P.S. Counties § 11671. Payment of balances where disability annuitant dies

Should a person receiving a disability retirement allowance die before receiving total payments equal to the amount standing to his credit in the members' annuity reserve account at the time of retirement, there shall be paid to his estate or beneficiary the difference between such credit and the total payments received.
