The fees to be allowed the district attorney in counties containing over eight hundred thousand inhabitants shall be as follows:
For drawing bill of indictment and prosecuting the same, for every offense triable only in the court of oyer and terminer and general jail delivery, in said county, twelve dollars.
For every such bill returned ignoramus, six dollars.
For drawing bill of indictment and prosecuting the same, for every offense triable only in the court of quarter sessions of the peace, in said county, eight dollars.
For every such bill returned ignoramus, five dollars.
A case settled with leave of court, five dollars.
Every case of surety of the peace, five dollars.
