Pennsylvania Statutes Title 15 Pa.C.S.A. Corporations and Unincorporated Associations § 2336. Fundamental changes

Except as permitted or required by this chapter, a statutory close corporation shall not effect any corporate action that under Chapter 19 (relating to fundamental changes)   1 requires the approval of shareholders unless the action is adopted by at least the minimum vote.
