Pennsylvania Statutes Title 11 P.S. Children § 875-502. Existing programs

Prior to the effective dates in section 503(2) and (3),  1 as applicable, nothing in this act shall prohibit school districts, intermediate units or approved private providers which are engaged in the provision of early intervention services to eligible infants, toddlers and their families and to preschool children from continuing the services.
