Pennsylvania Statutes Title 11 P.S. Children § 378. Commitments

Said schools shall receive children upon the commitment of the juvenile court of such county, or other court of such county sitting as a juvenile court; and such school may, upon a proper compensation being arranged for, receive children committed thereto by the juvenile courts of counties other than that by which said school is maintained.
