Pennsylvania Statutes Title 11 P.S. Children § 37. Secretary of board to furnish courts with list of institutions

The secretary of the board of public charities  1 shall furnish to each of the said courts of common pleas a list of such institutions, associations, and societies filing such annual reports, and no child shall be committed to the care of any such institution, association or society which shall not have filed a report, for the fiscal year last preceding, with the board of public charities.

1 The Board of Public Charities is abolished, and its powers vested in the Department of Human Services by 71 P.S. §§ 1491, 1492 and 62 P.S. § 103.
