It shall be the duty of the justice of the peace 1 or magistrate aforesaid, committing a vagrant or incorrigible or vicious minor as aforesaid, or any minor as provided in section one of this act, 2 to annex to his commitment the names and residences of the different witnesses examined before him, and the substance of the testimony given by them respectively, on which the said adjudication was founded.
