Pennsylvania Statutes Title 11 P.S. Children § 2237. Powers and duties of State Treasurer

On an annual basis, the State Treasurer shall make available to the board for its use, consistent with section 5,  1 such trust funds as are requested by the board and such funds are hereby appropriated to the board for the purposes set forth in this act.
