Pennsylvania Statutes Title 10 P.S. Charities and Welfare § 328.909. Distribution of net revenue

(1) Sixty percent of the net revenue obtained in any calendar year shall be paid to the Commonwealth.

(2) Thirty-five percent of the net revenue obtained in any calendar year may be retained by the licensee.

(3) Five percent shall be paid to the Commonwealth and deposited into the restricted receipts account established in section 909.3.  1
