Pennsylvania Statutes Title 10 P.S. Charities and Welfare § 328.906. Change in ownership

(a) Notice.--A licensee shall notify the board of a change of ownership of the premises or sale or transfer of the restaurant license.

(b) Qualification.--The purchaser or transferee of the assets or premises of a licensee must independently qualify for a license, pay the license fee and undergo and pay fees and costs for a background investigation under section 903.  1
