Pennsylvania Statutes Title 10 P.S. Charities and Welfare § 328.3101. Report of the Legislative Budget and Finance Committee

No later than March 15, 2016, and each March 15 thereafter, the Legislative Budget and Finance Committee shall issue a report to the General Assembly analyzing the impact, if any, of Chapter 9  1 on the State Lottery. The Governor may submit a request to the General Assembly to authorize a transfer of funds from the General Fund to the State Lottery Fund up to the amount identified in the report for the fiscal year following the date of the report.
