Pennsylvania Statutes Title 10 P.S. Charities and Welfare § 162.22. Prior registration unaffected

Any person who is registered with the department under the act of April 30, 1986 (P.L. 107, No. 36), known as the Charitable Organization Reform Act,  1 prior to the effective date of this act shall, on and after the effective date hereof, be deemed to be registered with the department as provided for in this act. Registration shall be reissued in accordance with this act.
